The central location of this place was absolutely perfect and close to everything I wanted to do.

Stayed here for 1 day, enjoyed the hotel, it was spotless with exceptionally nice location near train station.

It had a little lumpy beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The rooms here are modern and stylish with a great selection of TV channels and even offer red wine, the location is fantastic, right next to a restaurant and a museum.

Modern and pretty standard hotel in a nice enough area short walk to the train station and city and shopping center and buses. The location was fab and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Also, easy access to The Mailbox. Immaculate, new-fashioned room and understanding staff from the minute we walked in the receptionist. Delicious breakfasts with croissants and porridge, as example...

The location is excellent, just a short walk from a public square, and the rooms are stylish and clean with nice touches like rose petals and a great view.

The rooms are spacious and nicely organized, with amenities like red wine and a comfortable double bed. the hotel's location is excellent, situated near popular attractions like the Bullring, Train station, and National Sea Life Centre. There are also plenty of great dining options and bars nearby, such as Jimmy Spice's for a convenient lunch spot within walking distance.

The hotel staff is incredibly nice and exceptional. the property has nicely styled and large rooms complete with a double bed. the breakfast offers delicious options like gluten-free choices and croissants.

The hotel has a fantastic location next to the center of Birmingham and the railway station. It is close to all the bars and restaurants on the Mailbox and Broad Street. - the breakfast is delicious and free, offering gluten-free options and bacon.

Everything we asked for was taken care of, highly recommend. the place was fantastic and quite tidy, with friendly staff right from the moment we stepped into the lobby 😊.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, close to our coach drop off and within easy reach of everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and we enjoyed the delicious coffee and bacon rolls. The view from our room on the 15th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the vibrant cityscape.

The only downside was the long wait for the lifts, especially since we were on the 17th floor. Stairs were not a viable option, and it caused some inconvenience.
